Who we are
We are building a holding group deliberately, in the correct order: strategy first, structure second, ownership third.
Black Prime is at an early stage. Rather than presenting the future as though it has already happened, we publish our investment focus, our process and our standards — and we let those speak for the seriousness of the group. Opportunities are evaluated individually, and nothing progresses without commercial logic, due diligence and appropriate approvals.
Our activity is concentrated in five sectors — energy, agriculture, real estate, healthcare and franchises — with capital allocation managed at group level through Black Prime Investments.

Black Prime Group is founder-led. The founder's work to date has centred on building businesses through strategic partnerships, operational coordination and professional administration — the discipline of getting real organisations structured, staffed and running properly.
Black Prime extends that entrepreneurial approach into investment and ownership: the same emphasis on structure, partnership and execution, applied to acquiring and developing assets rather than delivering services.
